Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During busy times such as holidays, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders daily from Collingwood ON or Roswell GA.

Your order will be fulfilled from either of these two locations depending on product availability and fastest shipping time. In the event of a cross border shipment, you will NOT be charged any customs fees, duties or taxes.

We will choose a carrier that will provide the quickest shipping based on your selection at checkout. In order to provide the best service possible, we may elect to ship your order with a different carrier than chosen at checkout when the shipping time and service is comparable. Orders are typically shipped using the following carriers:

Canada Post • USPS • CanPar • DHL • FedEx

P.O. Boxes 

If you would like your order to be delivered to a P.O. Box, please choose the Standard Mail shipping option or Canada Post/USPS at checkout. Delivery to P.O. Boxes can only be made by Postal services; couriers such as FedEx and DHL cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Additional out of area charges may apply for some remote locations. In such situations, a customer service representative will contact you by email or telephone with options and surcharges prior to shipping.

From time to time, delivery delays may occur from situations outside of our control. We are not liable for any delay in shipping after your order is tendered to the shipping company.

Delivery Exceptions

Occasionally, for various reasons, a delivery may not be completed as scheduled. This could be due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, or a shipment missing the next movement or simply because someone is not home.

If you choose any paid shipping option, you will receive a tracking number when your order is tendered to the shipping company. Please be sure to make arrangements for someone to be home to receive your package or to provide clear instruction to the courier to leave the package at your door.

The above does not apply to standard mail shipments such as Canada Post or USPS. If you have chosen standard mail, please wait for the allotted time for you order to be delivered to your home, post office or mail box. In the event you do not receive your order, please contact your local post office and they will file a trace on your behalf.
